When booking your appointment you will pay a non-refundable booking fee, this is transferable to a new appointment date if we have a minimum of 72hours notice. You will be able to move or cancel your appointment up to 72hours prior to your appointment, but will need to contact us directly to do this. You will be able to cancel your appointment upto 72hours prior without incurring further charges.
If you fail to let us know that you cannot make the appointment you will be charged in full for the appointment.
